All sales are final. N9NE REPS does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where N9NE REPS determines otherwise under its defective or incorrect-item policy.

  • Incorrect colour selection

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Delayed delivery

  • Courier delays

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Customs seizure or confiscation

  • Failure to accept or receive an order

If you receive an item that is defective or different from the item you ordered, you must contact N9NE REPS within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims should be submitted with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Each claim will be reviewed individually. If the claim is approved, N9NE REPS may provide a replacement or store credit at its discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
